Meet the Founder

Janet Stewart

Janet is passionate about building great hiring processes within the K-12 education sector. With over 25 years of educational and human resource leadership experience at the school, district and provincial levels , she knows the positive impacts that great hiring decisions have on organizations, employee engagement and student success.

In addition to an M.Ed. in Adult Education, she has completed her Conflict Resolution Certification from the Justice Institute of BC, the Mediation Program at Harvard Law School, and an Organizational Development Certificate from Queen’s IRC. She is currently completing the Certificate in Organizational Coaching through the University of British Columbia.
